New Jersey’s largest car yard is getting a boost in the coming weeks as the owner of the facility plans to close.

New Jersey is one of the worst states for car accidents in the nation.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the state has one of its highest car crashes rates.

The owner of Jersey Caryards, Mark Nichols, is expected to announce his plan to retire in March.

The company has owned the building for more than a decade and has a workforce of about 30,000 people.

The company, which has operated on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Franklin Street in the city’s North End since 2002, said in a statement Friday that it will transition the facility to a mixed-use development with commercial space.

The facility currently employs more than 100 workers, including drivers, maintenance personnel and mechanics.

Nichols, who has said he would like to move the facility, said that his retirement is contingent on the city approving his plan.

“Our goal has been to stay in New Jersey for the long haul and we’re looking forward to being able to serve our community in many ways,” Nichols said in the statement.

The city of New York City is the only other state in the country to prohibit the use of cars in residential zones.

That law was passed in 2010.

It’s unclear what impact the relocation plan will have on the company’s other businesses, but it is possible that it could impact other parts of the business, said Mark Loeffler, a senior vice president at the National Association of Real Estate Boards.

The car yards have been in operation since the late 1970s.

Nichols said that he purchased the building in 2002 and that it has been the primary place for the car parts and parts for the company.

He also said that they have been successful in reducing accidents in New York.

Nichols said that the new development would provide additional jobs for the workers at the facility.

He said that there are currently around 30,400 people employed at the company and that the facility is responsible for more traffic than the city of Newark.
