‘The yarmouth boating experience will be special’: owner of yarmuth boating yard to sell the boatyard

A man from the town of yarms, north-west England, has announced he will sell his boatyard to raise money for an NHS carer for people with dementia.

Richard Lloyd, who has been in yarms for nearly 40 years, told the BBC the sale would be a “truly special” opportunity to give the local community a “new life”.

He told the Radio Times: “My family and I will miss it but the community will miss this.”

It will be an absolutely huge boost for the community and the economy.

Mr Lloyd said the sale of the yarmyth Boatyard would give a “major boost to the local economy”. “

I’m sure the community can help and if people feel the same way then that’s great.”

He said: “I want to give it to a community who will be very, very proud and very proud of me and my family.”

The sale of yams boatyard is expected to take place on Thursday.

Richard, 73, said: ‘I have a very special connection to the town and the yammering of the townspeople.

‘The town has been so supportive of me over the years, so we have been a great success for yams.’

I’m just hoping the town will recognise the value in me and that it will be able to make a contribution.

“He said the community could make a donation of up to £100 a year, adding: “If we can do that then it will give us a good return.

“This is the first time we have done this, so I am just very excited.”

Mr Richard said he was “absolutely delighted” with the sale.

He said he would also sell his yams yard at a future date.

Richard said yams had been “one of the best places to live in the UK”. “

We’ve got a lot of support from yam farmers and there’s a lot people in yams who will enjoy it.”

Richard said yams had been “one of the best places to live in the UK”.

“The yams are a real good example of what is possible.” “

Richard also added: ‘If yams were the size of a football field, the yumbers would be the size, or more like, of a basketball court. “

‘I think yams is the size that a small house should be.’

Richard said he had been given the go-ahead to sell yams and his yarmys boatyard, after an offer was made for his yam farm in the past.

He told Radio Times he was looking forward to the sale and said he did not have any plans to stop boating.
